This document describes how Vanado d.o.o., Radnička cesta 47, 10000 Zagreb OIB: 91467672575 (hereinafter Vanado) processes personal data.

The privacy terms apply to all user personal data that we collect and process. Contact information collected on our website will not be made public or used for anything else, except for sending you a response to your inquiry and providing free use of the demo version of the PAUK software.

You provide your personal data for the above purposes voluntarily, which you confirm by giving clear and unambiguous consent. The above data are necessary for us to fulfill the purposes for which they are collected and will not be used for any other purpose without obtaining your express consent. Consequently, if you withhold the requested personal data, Vanado will not be able to act on that request.

We inform you that you can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time without consequences, and that your request will be granted as soon as possible. After withdrawal of consent, your personal data will no longer be processed and will be deleted or destroyed in a secure manner in accordance with the internal act of the Vanado company.

Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties outside the Vanado company. In the case of providing your personal data for use by third parties, Vanado will inform you beforehand in accordance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data.
Your personal data will not be forwarded to third countries or international organizations.

Vanado will process your personal data in accordance with the described purpose, during the period in which the processing of such data is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and at the latest within the period determined by an internal document governing the processing and storage of such data.

We store the personal data we collect about you in a secure environment. Your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration or destruction by any organization or individual. The processed data is stored in our premises and IT systems, but sometimes we store the data on the servers of our trusted service providers. We will ensure that personal information is kept in a secure location (which includes reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying or modification of personal information), accessible only to authorized persons.
